COVID-19 the steps we are taking


Due to the concerns regarding the coronavirus, we are expanding our return window to 90 days from the original purchase date for all purchases made between January 1, 2020 and March 31st, 2020. If you are considering returning an order please email us 

 Processing and Shipping:

Our fulfillment center is still operating as normal until further notice. Standard processing time generally takes 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), however, due to the unfortunate circumstances regarding COVID-19 the processing time may be extended. We appreciate your understanding and patience with any delays you may experience with your order. (unlikely but please consider it)


Our team is taking extra precautions when handling packages and is equipped with the appropriate cleaning wipes and disinfectants to wipe down high touch point areas within our facility. In addition, all team members are required to wear gloves when handling any products or packages. 

As there are continuous changes with COVID-19 this may affect shipping times with delivery carriers. Please allow additional time for packages to be delivered.
