returns & exchanges

Orders are shipped Monday-Friday.  Please allow 1 day for processing before your order is shipped.

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all orders. If your order does not exceed your highest expectations, we will refund the amount for all unused, unopened merchandise from your order. Refunds need to be addressed within 10 days from receipt. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee, and it is not refundable. Refunds are made in the original form of payment and are issued to the person documented on the original order as the "Bill To" Customer.

 

  • We do not accept exchanges on any orders. All gifts or collection sets must be returned as a whole in order to receive a refund.
  • If your order is returned after 30 days or item(s) look used and opened, you will only be eligible for store credit.
  • Packages returned back to lashzaphire due to an incomplete address, undeliverable address, refused package, and return to sender are considered a return package.
