How often will my orders be shipped?

Your Lashes monthly subscription will be sent out every according to your preference. What savings do I get for signing up for a subscription?

You will receive 25% Off every shipment! 

If I cancel my subscription does this cancel my order as well?

No. we strive to provide the best customer experience possible, which is why we process all orders as quickly as possible. While you may have gone into your account to cancel your subscription, your order has most likely already been processed. In order to cancel an order you must contact us at lashzaphire@gmail.com or by texting us right from our website.

How do I cancel my monthly subscription?

we want you to be able to get the lashes you want when you want them, and if you change your mind, we’re here to help. Subscriptions can be managed online in your account, or you can contact our customer support team to help you modify your subscription any time.

To modify your subscription:

  1. Log into your lashzaphire account and click "Manage Subscription"
  2. Under the "Subscriptions" tab you have either "Cancel" or "Edit" your subscription

Please note: Orders are processed immediately. You may cancel your subscription at any time, however if an subscription order has already been processed that shipment will be shipped and billed to you accordingly and your subscription will be cancelled for all future shipments.

How do I skip my monthly subscription?

Going out of town, haven't had a chance to enjoy your lashes yet, we get it. Don't worry, you can easily skip a shipment in your account online, or contact us and we'll help you skip a future subscription shipment.

To skip your subscription:

  1. Log into your lashzaphire account and click "Manage Subscription"
  2. Under the "Delivery Schedule" tab you can simply select the shipment that you would like to skip.

Please note: Orders are processed immediately. You may cancel your subscription at any time, however if an subscription order has already been processed that shipment will be shipped and billed to you accordingly and your subscription will be cancelled for all future shipments.

When will I be billed?

You’ll be billed according to your monthly shipment preference 

Can I return or exchange my lash subscription once received?

of course! all returns are free no questions asked.

How do I update my payment information for my subscription?

If you need to update your payment information for your subscription you can easily manage this in your account online, or contact us at lashzaphire@gmail.com To modify your subscription payment information:

  1. Log into your lashaphire account and click "Manage Subscription"
  2. Under the "Billing Information" tab you can select "Edit"  under "Card On File" Please note this will update your payment information for future shipments. If you have a pending subscription shipment being held due to a payment error please contact our customer support team to resolve this issue
